Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Systems Maintenance Manager to join our team in Madrid or Lisbon. As a key member of our maintenance operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of maintenance personnel to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize aircraft performance and reduce downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • Valid A&P or EASA license.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in line maintenance, with a focus on electronic/avionics systems.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
