Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Success Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for supporting our customers in maximizing the value from our SAM4 condition-based maintenance system.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Support: Provide on-site technical support to our customers' teams, ensuring they get the most out of our SAM4 hardware and software.
  2. Asset Performance Optimization: Work with customers to optimize asset setup and performance, reducing energy consumption and minimizing the risk of unplanned downtime.
  3. Process Development: Collaborate with project leads to set up processes, roles, and responsibilities to integrate SAM4 notifications into their daily operations.
  4. Site Visits: Conduct site visits to troubleshoot and provide diagnostic support following SAM4 notifications, inspecting and analyzing assets' drivetrain components.
  5. Installation and Troubleshooting: Support customers and framework partners in the installation and troubleshooting of SAM4 hardware on site.
  6. Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the SAM4 technology and incident notifications, interpreting the implications of Asset Reliability Specialist's analysis of SAM4 data.
  7. Documentation and Reporting: Document and report on findings of site visits, providing key lessons learned and diagnostic reports for our customers.
  8. Relationship Management: Manage relationships with customers' maintenance and operations teams, as well as framework partners for installation and asset maintenance.
  9. Brand Representation: Represent the Samotics B.V. brand at all times, adhering to our company ethos and values.
Requirements
  • Technical Background: Grado Medio in a technical specialization or a similar educational background.
  • Industrial Experience: 5-10 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or operation of industrial equipment such as electric motors, gearboxes, drives, pumps.
  • Condition-Based Maintenance: Understanding of Condition-Based Maintenance strategies, technologies, and execution.
  • Language Skills: Native Spanish speaker, fluent English speaker.
  • Driving License: European driving license.
Desired Qualifications
  • Water and Waste Water Experience: Experience in Water and/or Waste Water asset maintenance or operations.
  • Vibration Analysis: Experience and/or certification for Vibration analysis or other condition monitoring techniques, e.g., ISO.
  • Digital Literacy: Digitally savvy, with a good understanding of IoT devices, set-ups, and communication.
