Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our Sales Team at Empresa reconocida. This role will be at the heart of our customer interactions with key customers and is critical to ensuring we have successful and happy users with high retention and growth rates.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Care: Develop and maintain direct relationships with our customers at both business and technical levels, understanding their needs, empathizing with them, and gaining their confidence.
- Team Leadership: Collaborate closely with our Delivery and Talent teams to identify issues in projects and people, and work together to solve them before they become problems.
- Problem-Solving: Serve as a bridge between customers and our Engineering Team, requiring a holistic understanding of both business and technical aspects.
- Account Management: Handle invoicing, proposal generation, and contracts, working closely with our Administration and Legal teams.
- Experience in a Presales or Sales-related role in a technology-related business.
- Strategic, analytical thinker who can roll up their sleeves, learn, and get into the weeds.
- A passion for problem-solving and executing strategies across various technical scenarios and customer verticals.
- Understanding of Software Development life cycles and project management skills.
- Effective communicator and team worker.
- High degree of integrity and honesty, with the ability to exercise confidentiality and neutrality in complex situations.
- Fluent in English.
Technical knowledge and experience in software architecture, especially AI/ML related.
