About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Zoomcar. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer success and engagement across our enterprise clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pitching and Solutioning: Develop and deliver compelling pitches to prospective customers, highlighting the value of our Field Service Platforms.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation of our solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to drive business value.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with our Sales and Business Development team to win new business.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to enhance our solution offerings and customer support processes.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in software integration project management, preferably in the technology or SaaS industries.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects with mid-market to enterprise customers.
  • Strong project management and technical skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies and modern project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
