Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations and Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our solar power plants.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations and Maintenance Supervision: Supervise the operation and maintenance of our solar power plants to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- System Monitoring and Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize plant performance.
- Subcontractor Management: Manage and supervise subcontractors to ensure they meet our quality and safety standards.
- Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety protocols and to identify potential issues.
- Reporting: Provide regular and specific reports on plant performance and maintenance activities.
- Cost Estimation and Contract Negotiation: Estimate costs and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in project management or operations of facilities.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, with the ability to effectively utilize essential tools for data analysis, documentation, and communication.
- Language: Business fluency in English and Spanish, with any other European language being an advantage.
