We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Management Performance and Processes Manager to join our team at Boston Scientific Gruppe. As a key member of our EMEA Talent Management team, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and monitoring talent management processes to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Management
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to identify, develop, and retain top talent across EMEA.
- Design and deliver talent development programs to enhance leadership capabilities and drive business results.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Country HR Leads to deliver talent reviews and succession planning processes.
- Performance Management
- Drive all activities associated with the Performance Management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, performance rating calibration, development planning, and feedback culture.
- Provide support on performance management process to EMEA Sr. Leadership Team & HR Leadership Team.
- Key Talent Development and Career Management
- Support Key Talent Group members on their career progression by conducting regular career conversations and designing individual development plans.
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Development team on the design and delivery of Key Talent programs and their development paths.
- Lead and manage the execution of all Key Talent coaching and mentoring to ensure great development experiences.
- Knowledge of operational as well as strategic Talent Management cycles and processes.
- Strong and adaptable communication and facilitation skills to serve different customer groups in a diverse environment.
- A relevant coaching certification and experience would be preferred.
- Experience in instructional design and individual career management, or the willingness to learn these skills.
