About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Talent Management Performance and Processes team in EMEA. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring talent management processes to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute talent management strategies to identify, develop, and retain top talent in EMEA
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement performance management processes and succession planning
  • Work closely with the global Enterprise Talent Management team to ensure alignment and consistency across all related talent processes and development initiatives
  • Provide support and consultation to EMEA HR Business Partners and Country HR Leads on talent management and performance management processes
  • Drive all activities associated with the Performance Management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, performance rating calibration, development planning, and feedback culture
Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent management and performance management, with a strong track record of driving business growth and success
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
