Hopper is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Global Travel Solutions (GTS) business in Europe. As the Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts, managing a small team, and coordinating regional executive tours.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Drive sales efforts from prospecting to close, managing the European sales team, and coordinating regional executive tours.
  • Report to executive leadership and work closely with product, finance, and design teams to ensure sales methodology and collateral are up to date.
  • Meet quotas and achieve revenue targets of > $1M per year.
  • Design and execute complex deal strategies.
  • Sell a suite of digital products into large and complex organizations.

**Requirements**

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the travel industry or selling into large financial institutions.
  • Proven ability to meet quotas and achieve revenue targets.
