Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Pricing System Support Specialist to join our team. As a Pricing System Support Specialist, you'll provide expert guidance to our end-users on our pricing systems landscape, including Vendavo Enterprise suite, Salesforce Pricing Requests, and other emerging commercial enablement tools.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide First-Level Support: Offer timely and effective support to end-users, answering 'how to' questions regarding our tools and standard processes.
  2. Resolve Complex Issues: Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve complex system issues, ensuring seamless resolution processes.
  3. Communicate Effectively: Communicate with end-users in English via phone and email, providing clear and concise instructions.
  4. Perform Root Cause Analysis: Identify and analyze recurring ticket issues, tracking and delivering upon agreed SLAs.
  5. Deliver Training and Support: Explain new and current system functionalities to end-users, including COEs, Sales, and Finance teams.
  6. Support Audit Activities: Assist with quarterly audit activities as needed.
  7. Maintain Knowledge Bases: Set and maintain knowledge bases on our tools and related processes.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree: 3-5 years of experience in support desk or incident management.
  2. Fluent English Skills: Strong communication and analytical skills.
  3. Affinity for Systems and Technology: Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with an anticipatory approach.
  4. Intermediate to Advanced SFDC Skills: Experience with Windows OS, MS Office, and Service Now (or similar incident management tools).
  5. Help Desk Experience: Strong collaborative skills and ability to work across time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Additional Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, or Japanese.
  2. Team Player Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Experience with Emerging Tools: Familiarity with remote support tools and process modeling skills.
  4. Customer-Oriented Skills: Multitasking skills with a can-do attitude.
