Key Responsibilities- Support the evolution, integration, and implementation of sales processes to meet the rapid growth of the business and targets attainment
- Manage the monthly/quarterly business reporting to senior leadership
- Analyze data and trends and make informed recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Coach and develop a team of Demand Generation Reps
- Manage Sales Compensation scheme
- Develop relationships and work with marketing, sales, partner, sales operations, and other stakeholders to create and refine the tools and processes needed to drive productivity increases
- Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis participate on projects as needed
- 5Y+ Experience in team leadership positions in a result-oriented environment and experience in coaching and mentoring young professionals
- MBA, BA/BS degree or relevant experience
- Track record in effectively collaborating with senior stakeholders
- A strong understanding of AWS and/or technology as a service (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)
- Profound insights into the French business ecosystem, main market stakeholders and trends
