Wir suchen einen motivierten und erfahrenen Key Account Manager, der sich auf die Akquisition und Betreuung von touristischen Anbietern für den spanischen Markt spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres internationalen Teams werden Sie verantwortlich sein für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien, um unsere Kundenbasis zu erweitern und bestehende Beziehungen zu pflegen.
Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten- Neukundenakquise und Betreuung von touristischen Zielkunden mit Schwerpunkt Hotellerie/Leisure für den spanischen Markt
- Betreuung der spanischen Key Accounts in strategischer und operativer Hinsicht
- Skalierung der Kunden auf unsere internationalen Quellmärkte
- Content-Pflege der Angebote in unserem internen CMS
- Planung und Erstellung von Kundenkampagnen
- Markt- und Kundenanalysen für den spanischen Markt
- Strategieumsetzung inkl. Erfolgskontrolle
- Dokumentation Ihrer Vertriebsaktivitäten und Pflege unseres CRM-Systems
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im touristischen Key Account Management
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung sowie Verhandlungsgeschick und hohes Interesse an Neukundenakquise
- Zusätzliche Erfahrung im Einkauf (Hotel, OTA, Reisebüro, Reiseveranstalter, Airline oder verwandte Branchen)
- Fundierte Branchenkenntnisse in den Bereichen Hotellerie/Leisure und Touristik
- Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Leistungsbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit sowie Flexibilität
- Gute Team-, Koordinations- und Kontaktfähigkeit
- Gutes Verständnis für technische und betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
- Verhandlungssicheres Spanisch, Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse wünschenswert
- Ein sehr gutes Arbeitsklima in einem internationalen Team
