About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at OneTrust. As a key member of our Digital Marketing team, you will be responsible for leading successful Paid Search campaign management through media buying sophistication and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies with a focus on Paid Search and Video.
  • Research and propose paid search campaigns, including designing and development of strategy, identification of proper landing pages, audiences, tracking and campaign analysis and insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Track campaigns performance and optimize with respect to pacing, bid management, audience analysis, landing page and ad copy testing, keyword performance, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Work with the global campaigns team to develop testing roadmaps, including recommending best practices and conversion-oriented copy based on industry standards.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and communicate performance and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in digital marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent working experience.
  • 3-5 years of Paid Search experience, B2B Marketing experience a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of search and analytics platforms, tools, and technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Analytics, Search Cloud, AEM, Measure/Bizible).
