Job Title: Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Motorola Solutions. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Motorola Solutions remains competitive
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, pre-sales, and/or project management in IT or mission-critical communications
  • International experience and familiarity with working in a multicultural environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and innovative thinking
  • Strong work ethic, personal integrity, and high level of professionalism
  • Fluent in English (French optional)
