Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and autonomous Account Manager for our Hub Delivery program in Spain. As a key member of our last-mile team, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing a pool of local stores, as well as building relationships with various stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new and growing environment focused on improving delivery services for our customers in rural areas of Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with Hub Delivery store owners and community leaders.
• Provide lifecycle management and operational support for on-boarded stores.
• Support your team in daily management of operations, including monitoring performance, leading meetings, and assigning job duties.
• Be obsessed with metrics and dive deep to find root causes quickly to drive improvements.
• Find practical and simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality.
• Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business and technical audiences.
• Provide day-to-day support during the rollout/implementation of newer systems/processes and gather feedback.
• Continuously utilize software and hardware tools to ensure normal day-to-day operations.
• Ensure supervisors have proper tools to perform the job and coordinate repair or replacement when needed.
• Communicate daily metrics and manage escalations.
• Work closely with Operations and CO team, ensuring regular communications.

Requirements:

• Willingness to travel to visit Hub Delivery Stores/Delivery Stations (regional level).
• Willingness to work in non-traditional shift patterns, including weekends.
• Relevant experience in managing people and identifying problems and building scalable processes to fix them.
