Nuestro equipo de Adquisición de última milla está buscando un Soporte de Adquisición de Campo/Recruiter dinámico que será responsable de reclutar nuevos socios comerciales para el Programa Hub Delivery.

Responsabilidades del Puesto
  • Búsqueda proactiva de propietarios de tiendas interesados en el proyecto.
  • Realizar llamadas en frío a los propietarios de tiendas para crear una cartera de empresas interesadas.
  • Gestionar las llamadas en caliente para atender a los clientes potenciales procedentes de campañas de marketing.
  • Visitar tiendas en persona para explicar el programa y convertir clientes potenciales.
  • Establecer las expectativas adecuadas con los clientes potenciales para asegurar que están preparados para el éxito.
  • Registrar las actividades de reclutamiento utilizando las herramientas internas de Amazon.
Requisitos del Puesto
  • Experiencia en ventas / desarrollo de negocios.
  • Experiencia personal cerrando acuerdos de principio a fin.
  • Experiencia relevante trabajando con MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) en un entorno profesional.
