Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and autonomous Account Manager for our Hub Delivery program. This role will be responsible for recruiting and managing a pool of local stores, as well as building relationships with various stakeholders.

This is an opportunity to be part of a new and rapidly growing environment focused on improving the delivery experience for our customers, primarily in rural areas of Spain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with Hub Delivery store owners and foster trust among community leaders.
  • Provide lifecycle management and operational support for on-boarded stores.
  • Support the team in daily operations, including monitoring performance, leading meetings, assigning tasks, and addressing ambiguity.
  • Be metrics-driven, identifying root causes quickly to drive improvements.
  • Develop practical and simple solutions to complex problems without compromising quality or core functionality.
Requirements:
  • Ability to utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business and technical audiences.
  • Provide day-to-day support during the rollout/implementation of newer systems/processes and gather feedback.
  • Utilize software and hardware tools to ensure normal day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure supervisors have the necessary tools to perform their jobs and coordinate repairs or replacements when needed.
  • Communicate daily metrics and manage escalations.
  • Work closely with Operations and CO teams, ensuring regular communications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in managing people.
  • Relevant experience in identifying problems and building scalable processes to resolve them.
