Onboarding Manager for Hub Delivery

Job Summary

At Engineeringuk, we are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Onboarding Manager to join our Hub Delivery team. As an Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative onboarding process of partners that join Hub Delivery, from application to launch. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the administrative onboarding process of partners that join Hub Delivery, from application to launch.
• Monitor partner progress through the vetting and onboarding funnel.
• Work closely with Business Development Managers, and Account Managers, ensuring communications on partner pipeline and target achievement. Report pipeline status to internal stakeholders to give visibility on partner launch readiness.
• Design processes and mechanisms to increase efficiency of each stage of partner vetting and onboarding.
• Partner with internal teams to facilitate solutions on behalf of our partners to improve their experience.

Requirements

• A degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant experience in Sales/Business development or Account Management roles.
• Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
• Relevant experience in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers, cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal in Spanish and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant experience in working with CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage pipeline, build customized reporting and provide routine performance updates.
• Relevant experience in meeting deadlines, managing multiple priorities and working independently in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
