Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, providing personalized assistance and ensuring their stay is nothing short of exceptional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Greeting and Welcome: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Information and Assistance: Provide guests with accurate and timely information, attending to their requests and needs with a smile.
- Personalized Solutions: Understand guests' preferences and provide personalized recommendations for activities, facilities, and services offered by the hotel.
- Knowledge and Expertise: Develop extensive knowledge of the hotel's premises, nearby venues, and local businesses to make informed recommendations.
- Event and Excursion Planning: Arrange events, excursions, and transportation for guests upon request.
- Communication and Problem-Solving: Answer phone calls, make reservations, take and distribute messages, and respond to guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience working in a Front Office or Guest Relations department.
- Language Skills: Fluency in local language and English; additional languages are highly valued.
- Personal Qualities: Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, empathetic, team-worker, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
