About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Ambassador to join our team at Reconocida Empresa. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm welcome to all guests, ensuring a seamless check-in process
  • Assist guests with queries and requests, providing expert knowledge of our facilities and services
  • Prepare and serve a variety of local dishes and beverages, including coffee and cocktails
  • Act as a secret concierge, recommending the best places to visit, eat, shop, and party
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all front of house areas
  • Assist with guest requests and demands regarding our facilities

Requirements

  • Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach
  • Background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel environment
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with knowledge of other languages an advantage
  • European citizen or legally allowed to work in Spain
