About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Lead Brand Ambassador to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for personifying the SLS brand and driving awareness and desirability for our luxury resort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Representation: Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Event Management: Assist in organizing and promoting hotel events, such as conferences, weddings, and special promotions, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Team Training: Train and mentor brand ambassadors and F&B teams to effectively represent the brand and communicate its values.
  • Community Engagement: Establish relationships with key influencers, media, and partners to amplify brand reach and grow the community.
  • Brand Image: Foster a positive and authentic brand image by embodying the brand's values and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree with emphasis in PR and events with strong communication skills.
  • Experience: +3 years' experience in hospitality/luxury industry.
  • Skills: Proven team player with a high level of energy and motivation, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and regular knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • Language: Fluent in Spanish and English, with Catalan and other languages being a plus.
