- Anticipate and respond to guest requests and concerns.
- Food and Beverage Operations
- Assist with food and beverage preparation and service.
- Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized working environment.
- Communication and Teamwork
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Work collaboratively with the restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Quality and Safety
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all aspects of food and beverage service.
- Comply with health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Professional Development
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Seek feedback and coaching to improve performance.
Requirements
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in food and beverage service.
- Education and Training
- Some college education or advanced training in food and beverage management is an asset.
- Skills and Qualities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
