Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

We're seeking a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team at The Hoxton Poblenou. As a key member of our restaurant team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of amazing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive and intuitive service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Support the team with R&B operations, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to create a fun and relaxed atmosphere, where guests feel welcome and at ease.
  • Anticipate and respond to guests' needs, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Comply with departmental policies, procedures, and service standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and consistency.
What We're Looking For:
  • Passionate individuals who share our commitment to exceptional hospitality and customer service.
  • Team players who are flexible, adaptable, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our guests have an unforgettable experience.
  • Fluent Spanish and English speakers, with Catalan and additional languages a plus.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, but not required – we're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us.
