Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and passionate Concierge who will be the point of reference for our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, responding to their requests, and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere
- Respond to guest requests, accurately assessing their needs and providing solutions
- Develop extensive knowledge of the hotel's premises and nearby venues and businesses to make recommendations
- Arrange events, excursions, and transportation upon request from hotel residents
- Answer phone calls, make reservations, and distribute messages or mail
- Respond to complaints and find suitable solutions

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field
- 2+ years of experience working in Front Office/Guest Relations department
- Fluency in local language and English; additional languages highly valued
