About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at SLS Barcelona. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their requests and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as the point of reference for guests who require assistance or information, attending to their wishes and requirements.
  • Inform guests of the facilities and services available at the hotel, including our restaurants and bars.
  • Stay up-to-date with local events and activities, providing guests with information and recommendations for attractions, restaurants, and services.
  • Analyze customer feedback and reviews to continuously improve our rating, scores, and metrics.
  • Understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel.
  • Arrange events, excursions, transportation, and other services upon request from hotel residents.
  • Handle guest complaints and inquiries promptly in a professional and empathetic manner, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolution.
  • Stay one step ahead of guests' needs, recording and acting on their preferences, and handling their messages, requests, questions, and concerns.
  • Report any issues to the correct department and check to ensure the work has been completed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker, with a high-level attention to detail and passion for hospitality.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
