We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Concierge to join our team at Kimpton Vividora Barcelona. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their requests and needs with a smile.
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource for guests, offering recommendations and assistance with activities, excursions, and local attractions.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel amenities, services, and local events to provide guests with the best possible information.
  • Anticipate and exceed guest expectations, going above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field.
