We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Concierge to join our team at Kimpton Vividora Barcelona. As a Concierge, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of extraordinary.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, making them feel at home in our hotel.
- Act as the go-to person for guests who need assistance or information, attending to their wishes and requirements with a smile.
- Understand customers' needs and provide personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel, such as dining options, spa treatments, and local attractions.
- Acquire extensive knowledge of the hotel's premises and the surrounding area to make informed recommendations and ensure guests have a memorable experience.
- Arrange events, excursions, and transportation upon request from hotel residents, taking care of every detail to ensure a seamless experience.
- Answer phone calls, make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail, and redirect calls as needed.
- Respond to complaints and find suitable solutions to resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience working in a Front Office/Guest Relations department.
- Fluency in local language and English; additional languages will be highly valued.
- Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, empathetic, team-worker, and passionate about providing exceptional service.
