About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Danish speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries via various channels, addressing their needs efficiently and effectively.
  • Issue Resolution: Record call details, escalate potential service issues to senior team members, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services and products.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in regular team meetings, provide coverage for other agents, and collaborate on specific team projects.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative responsibilities, including records of holidays, sickness, and overtime.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Native or fluent in Danish, both verbal and written, and proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with experience in the automotive industry being a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Competency in IT platforms and applications, including Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration.
  • Soft Skills: Strong customer care skills, ability to listen to and understand customer needs, and capable of taking ownership of calls and resolving issues or escalating them as needed.
