About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Danish speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to their issues.
  • Communication: Communicate with customers in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the customer support team to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Native or fluent in Danish, both verbal and written, and proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Technical Skills: Competency in IT platforms and applications, including Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration.
  • Soft Skills: Strong customer care skills, with the ability to listen to and understand customer needs, and take ownership of calls and resolve issues or escalate them as needed.
