About the Role
We are seeking an experienced people manager to join our global Command Center at Amazon. As a member of this world-class team, you will be part of a fast-paced environment that has the entrepreneurial feel of a start-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-severity response calls and ensure fast and accurate triage for a global remote support organization.
- Direct engineers for resolution and lead root cause investigations.
- Implement changes to avert future risk and drive process improvements for Global Operation teams.
Requirements
- Forward-thinking with people management skills and a high degree of customer service focus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a global team.
- Experience with networking technology, Windows Server technologies, and technical support.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent.
