About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Presales Consultant to join our team in Barcelona. As a Presales Consultant, you will work closely with our sales team to understand client requirements and propose appropriate cybersecurity solutions. This role is crucial in driving revenue and building customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Hornetsecurity partners and end users in customer projects to understand their security needs and requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our cybersecurity solutions, accompany the installation and connection processes of our services. Both on-site as well as on-line.
- Assist in the technical aspects of proposals, Tenders and RFPs.
- Assist the support staff in dealing with complex issues, especially with international partners and customers.
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats and solutions.
Requirements
- You have a university degree or a completed training in the IT field.
- Experience in the email security or backup market will be valued.
- You have several years of professional experience in the field of support, presales or consulting of IT solutions, ideally in an IT security environment.
- You have excellent communication skills and can present yourself competently and confidently to customers and partners.
- You enjoy convincing customers and partners of Hornetsecurity Services on a technical level in presentations and web meetings.
- You are fluent in Spanish, Catalan and English, both written and verbal. Italian will be valued.
- You tackle things proactively, prefer to complete tasks today rather than tomorrow, and enjoy working in an international environment.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, practices, and tools.
- You have a high willingness to travel.
