Softwareone is seeking a talented Presales Consultant to join our EMEA region team. As a Presales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing holistic customer consulting on all aspects of IT support contracts, from initial consultation to contract renewal.

You will work closely with the Service Tech team to be the central contact for our customers, optimizing existing sales processes and identifying cross-selling and upselling potential. In close cooperation with the customer's central contact person, you will ensure that customer requirements are met and that contracts are continuously optimized.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scoping and sizing opportunities
  • Solution design and proposal development
  • Creation and maintenance of solution collaterals
  • Market research and insights
  • Sales support and collaboration

Requirements include:

  • University degree preferred (in the field of Information Technology and/or equivalent combination of experience and education)
  • 2+ years or equivalent experience as presales consultant
  • Licensing knowledge in at least two of the following vendors: Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP, Vmware, Red Hat or other Tier 1 vendor
  • IT Assets Management Tools knowledge in at least one of the following: Flexera, Snow, Service Now
  • High knowledge in IT procurement and process management
  • Basic knowledge of the Digital Supply Chain
  • Basic knowledge of the FinOps framework
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Spanish or French or Italian or German
