The Head of Housekeeping is a key member of the Head of Department team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our facilities. We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our housekeeping team and drive excellence in this critical area.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional cleaning services
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure high standards are maintained
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
  • Monitor and control costs associated with housekeeping operations
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues

**Nice to Have**

  • Experience with software such as Teromarine
  • Shipyard or refit experience
