With rooftop dining by renowned Spanish chef Dani García, Asian-Mediterranean cuisine at our acclaimed modern cocktail bar and restaurant Isa, and a four-level Wellness Centre featuring a sun-drenched pool terrace, Four Seasons is elevating luxury and service for both locals and visitors alike.The Role of a Housekeeping Supervisor:
Under the guidance of the Director of Housekeeping, Assistant Director of Housekeeping, and Assistant Housekeeping Manager, the Housekeeping Supervisor is accountable for ensuring that all guest accommodations meet the highest standards established by Four Seasons Hotels. The Housekeeping Supervisor also oversees the Room Attendants and House Attendants on the floor and conducts daily inspections. The primary responsibilities include:
Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times, adhering to established standards of conduct, fire regulations, and departmental policies. Wearing the issued uniform and ensuring a neat, clean, and tidy appearance consistently. Reporting to shifts punctually and being aware of the schedule at all times; notifying management in advance if unable to attend work. Collecting necessary keys, equipment, and supplies to fulfill daily responsibilities. Coordinating with management regarding all VIP rooms (in-house or arriving) and ensuring timely completion of these rooms. Supervising the Room Attendants and House Attendants assigned to the Supervisor's designated areas, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Inspecting guest rooms (vacant or occupied) for cleanliness and checking for any missing guest amenities or supplies; reporting discrepancies to Room Attendants for correction. Inspecting the cleanliness of guest corridors, elevator landings, and housekeeping closets. Checking for maintenance work orders and ensuring they are submitted in HotSOS for the engineering team. Guiding and training Room Attendants under the direction of the Housekeeping Managers. Overseeing and following up on special projects (e.g., deep cleaning, perfect room program, etc.). Informing Housekeeping Management of any unusual occurrences and ensuring proper communication is passed on to the next shift. May be assigned additional duties/responsibilities as required (e.g., covering for Office Coordinator during days off/meal breaks). Responsible for ensuring that all supplies in linen closets are fully stocked and organized. Ensuring a set number of standard evaluations on the Room Attendants and House Attendants are completed daily. Following proper Lost & Found procedures. Ensuring a thorough handover is conducted for the next shift.Our Ideal Housekeeping Supervisor will possess:
The ideal candidate must demonstrate flexibility to accept assignments as needed. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Excellent communication skills are critical, along with a keen eye for detail. Must have the legal right to work in Spain and be fluent in both English and Spanish.
