Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at The Madrid Edition. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional service
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Enter guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all amenities and supplies are replenished
  • Make beds, fold linens, and clean bathrooms to the highest standards
  • Remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items, and ensure all appliances are in working order
  • Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming and dusting
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart over uneven surfaces
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
  • No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
  • No related work experience necessary
  • No supervisory experience required
