THE ROLE

We are looking for a skilled Client Engagement Manager to join our team on a Fixed Term Contract.

This role operates on a hybrid work model, requiring presence in the office a few days each week.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clients to deliver a profitable, efficient, and professional service, taking full ownership of the account/contract. This includes managing Client Relationships, driving Sales/Business Development, overseeing Operations, and leading Teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Daily collaboration with clients
- Development of products with suppliers
- Coordination of product production
- Financial forecasting

EXPERIENCE

- Proven experience in Client Services management within a dynamic corporate setting
- Familiarity with POS/Print operations
- Background in blue-chip compliance environments
- Experience in managing complex incident reporting and complaints
- Relevant degree in a related field
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Bilingual proficiency in required language and English
- Understanding of PSP/Permanent display systems

- Knowledge of global business in premiums/gadgets
- Familiarity with premium products, printing technologies, vouchers, and lotteries
- Skills in briefing, questioning, and production management
- Insight into supplier capabilities in premiums
- Strong client-facing relationship management abilities
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Project management expertise
