About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Engineeringuk. As a key member of our sales and customer support team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales teams to bring in new customers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers, providing invaluable support and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with other teams to deliver a professional level of customer experience, meeting changing business requirements.
  • Build customer intimacy to understand their business needs, acting as a conduit between customers, sales teams, and the wider Engineeringuk team.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create orders that meet customer needs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Initiate and lead customer meetings, focused on customer management topics.
  • Educate customers about our systems, tools, and processes, empowering them to engage digitally and self-serve.
  • Proactively identify process gaps and system issues, working with the Business Transformation team to avoid repetitive errors.
Requirements
  • Great written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Previous experience in a sales and/or customer-facing role.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence people at all levels to get what you need for your customers.
  • Passion for customer experience and adaptability to changing customer needs.
  • Good presentation skills and knowledge of ERP or CRM tools.
