Customer Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and autonomous individual to join our Services of Engagement (SEN) team at EcoVadis. As a Customer Relationship Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our growing network of over 125,000 rated companies in maximizing the value of their EcoVadis subscription.
Responsibilities- Support the SEN team in their daily tasks, including administrative activities related to accounts management, such as launching assessments, preparing reports, identifying upsell opportunities, and creating user accounts.
- Develop and translate content to support the team with their clients and communication.
- Contribute to the development of new processes and webinars.
- Analyze product issues to support our Solutions team in understanding how to implement improvements.
- Maintain knowledge management content and systems.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
- Previous experience in customer care or another customer-facing role is required.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential, with other languages being a strong plus.
- Creative problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
