Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and autonomous individual to join our Services of Engagement (SEN) team at Ecovadis. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growing network of over 125,000 rated companies in maximizing the value of their EcoVadis subscription.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the SEN team in their daily tasks, including administrative activities related to accounts management, such as launching assessments, preparing reports, and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Assist in creating user accounts and translating content to support the team with their clients and communication.
  • Help develop new processes and webinars to enhance the customer experience.
  • Analyze product issues to support our Solutions team in understanding how to implement improvements.
  • Maintain knowledge management content and systems to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Perform other duties as necessary to ensure the success of the team.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer care or another customer-facing role is required.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential, with other languages being a strong plus.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.
  • Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment is crucial.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
