We are expanding our Nordics Sales team and are seeking our next Account Executive to support our efforts in London/Dublin/Barcelona.

Role Responsibilities: Key Duties

Formulate and implement strategies to generate leads in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales Development, your colleagues, and the Country Manager of Nordics. Continue to expand our customer base through our proprietary sales strategy, PersonioOne. Manage the entire Deal-Life-Cycle - from qualification and validation to closing. Ensure an exceptional customer experience, facilitating a seamless transition to the Customer Experience department for the implementation and ongoing growth of our accounts. Analyze customer needs in the Nordics alongside Management to systematically identify and comprehend customer requirements, continuously optimizing within this expanding market. Uphold our values #customerempathy by articulating their needs and feedback to cross-functional stakeholders and partners. Consistently enhance the quality and efficiency of our sales processes.

Role Requirements: Qualifications for Success

Proven success in a closing role within SaaS sales over the past 1-3 years. Willingness and capability to personally deliver critical early sales - including calling, pitching, and negotiating - characterized by empathy and active listening to thoroughly understand the requirements and challenges of leads. Strong communication skills and adaptability to engage with various conversation partners. Entrepreneurial mindset that positions you as a competent partner who develops solutions collaboratively with prospects to create genuine added value. Proactive, independent, and effective at prioritizing tasks while being a collaborative team player. Good understanding of the local culture and business landscape in the Nordic regions. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Preference for fluency in Swedish or Finnish, though not essential.
