About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director in Data Operations to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading high-value RFX processes, negotiating large contracts, and leveraging different strands of the business to support customer processes. You will also be expected to travel frequently and have a strong understanding of big data and associated storage environments, ETL, BI, and AI/ML concepts and techniques.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant direct sales or channel sales experience in Telco and/or major Enterprises addressing DataOps and related technology.
  • Experience of network-related sales is an advantage.
  • Extensive consultative experience in developing business through the cloud and data journeys of major customers.
  • Exposure to sector knowledge of big data and associated storage environments (lakehouse, data warehousing, cloud etc.), ETL, BI, and AI/ML concepts and techniques.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
  • Fluent written and spoken English plus another European language preferred.
