**The Role**
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our DataOps sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the telecommunications industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the DataOps market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and technical decision-makers
- Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
- Manage a sales team to ensure they have the necessary tools and support to succeed
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the DataOps market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
**Requirements**
- 7+ years of experience in direct sales or channel sales in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on DataOps and related technology
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer base
