Job Summary

This position supports the IT Infrastructure and Operations Pillar in identifying the technical infrastructure and end-user computing requirements for business operations by cooperating with Regional, Markets, Factories, and Leaf origins IT Leads to advise on the required systems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of on-site IT I&O operations, ensuring the delivery of services dedicated to support on-site users and provision of infrastructure for running business operations, such as technical infrastructure maintenance, end-user operational support, distribution of IT equipment, and network support.
  • Selection of qualified external vendors and suppliers as per JTI's Operating Guidelines, policies, and procedures, and J-Sox controls.
  • Delivery of required service levels as measured by objective KPIs and dashboards, following established JTI IT policies and strategic directions.
  • Tracking and timely preparation and submission of financial plans and budgets.
  • Overseeing of necessary IT administrative activities.

Requirements

  • University Degree in Computer or Technical Science or strong IT background.
  • 5-7+ years of IT management experience with more than 7 years of overall experience in IT discipline. Preferred background employment experience in multinational companies.
  • Advanced English language skills. Good working knowledge of business and related processes in the FMCG industry.
  • High level of communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly effective in a geographically distributed global environment. Culturally aware. Able to prioritize specific areas within the region.
  • Strategic insight and good knowledge of JTI business and related processes such as HR, Legal, Finance, GSC, Leaf, SRA areas, and M&S.
