Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Services Manager to join our team at JTI. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation and execution of all required global local infrastructure systems, providing end-user computing services in our region locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of IT operations in our region, ensuring the delivery of all services dedicated to support on-site users and provision of the infrastructure for running our business.
  • Selection of qualified external vendors/suppliers as per our Operating Guidelines, policies and procedures and J-Sox controls.
  • Delivery of required service levels as measured by objective KPIs and dashboards, following our established IT policies and strategic directions.
  • Regional IT operations are effective, efficient, adhere to the budget for the IT operations and strategic vendors.
  • Tracking and timely preparation and submission of our IT financial plans/budgets.
  • Overseeing of necessary IT administrative activities for our sub-cluster.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Computer or Technical Science or strong IT background.
  • 5-7+ years of IT management (including people management) with more than 7 years of overall experience in IT discipline.
  • Preferred background employment experience would be in multinational companies.
  • Good working knowledge of business and related processes in FMCG industry.
  • Advanced English.
  • Should have an adequate knowledge of technology, which is standard within JTI, such as Microsoft solutions, local and wide area network, telecommunication, ERP, CRM business process analysis.
  • High level of communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly effective in a geographically distributed global environment.
  • Culturally aware.
  • Able to prioritize on specific areas within the region.
  • Strategic insight and good knowledge of our business and related processes such as HR, Legal, Finance, GSC, Leaf, SRA areas, MS.
