Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Services Manager to lead our Onsite IT I&O operations in the Canary Islands. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for managing the implementation and execution of all required global and local infrastructure systems, providing end-user computing services, and ensuring the delivery of all services dedicated to support of on-site users.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Market/Factories/Leaf on-site IT I&O operations in the Canary Islands, ensuring the delivery of all services dedicated to support of on-site users and provision of the infrastructure for running JTI business.
- Select qualified external vendors/suppliers as per JTI's Operating Guidelines, policies, and procedures and J-Sox controls.
- Deliver required service levels as measured by objective KPIs and dashboards, following the established JTI IT policies and strategic directions.
- Track and timely prepare and submit the Canary Islands On-site IT I&O financial plans/budgets (SPC/ASP/LE).
- Oversee necessary IT administrative activities for the sub-cluster.
Requirements
- University Degree in Computer or Technical Science or strong IT background.
- 5-7+ years of IT management (including people management) with more than 7 years of overall experience in IT discipline. Preferred background employment experience would be in multinational companies.
- Advanced English. Should have an adequate knowledge of technology, which is standard within JTI, such as Microsoft solutions, local and wide area network, telecommunication, ERP, CRM business process analysis.
- High level of communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly effective in a geographically distributed global environment. Culturally aware. Able to prioritize on specific areas within region.
- Strategic insight and good knowledge of JTI business and related processes such as HR, Legal, Finance, GSC, Leaf, SRA areas, M&S.
