Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled In-Room Dining Manager to be part of the pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. This role involves overseeing the In-Room Dining services to ensure top-notch service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver warm, sincere, and engaging service to guests.
  • Maintain high staff morale and team spirit through effective communication, training, and coaching.
  • Manage daily operations of the In-Room Dining service.

  • Analyze guest feedback and implement enhancements to the In-Room Dining experience.
  • Balance operational and administrative duties while maintaining a strong presence on the floor.
  • Conduct performance reviews and facilitate ongoing training and development.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service at all times.
  • Monitor and manage costs associated with In-Room Dining.
  • Ensure service meets the standards set by SLS Barcelona.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping, kitchen, and front desk, to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; detail-oriented.
  • Proven leadership skills with a high level of energy and motivation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
