About the Role

The Senior Commercial Manager will play a key role in the commercial management of complex tailored standard renewal and new business deals. This involves collaborating with senior management to develop and implement deal-specific strategies, ensuring financial profitability and compliance with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement commercial strategies for complex deals, including negotiation and contract development.
  2. Support pricing proposal and contract development for complex deals.
  3. Provide financial modeling support for opportunities, including impact on commercial terms and conditions.
  4. Negotiate contracts with customers to provide high value to both SITA and the customer.
  5. Align commercial aspects with technical solutions and limitations.
  6. Represent commercial terms and conditions for SITA on applicable opportunities.
  7. Develop and drive for optimum financial viability of engagements.
  8. Identify, quantify, assess, and report risks associated with bids.
  9. Support compliance with company regulations, including bid process and governance.
