About the Role

Ferrer Internacional SA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of People Business Areas to join our team. As a key member of our People & Sustainability area, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through strategic HR leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Global HR Strategies: Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities, and develop and implement global HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Lead and Manage People Function: Provide strategic direction, coaching, and support to ensure alignment with business objectives, and lead and manage the People function in business areas.
  • Drive Employee Engagement and Performance: Develop and implement initiatives to drive employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning efforts across business areas.
  • Ensure Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Oversee the implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to foster an inclusive workplace and ensure effective implementation of policies and practices.
  • Oversee Global HR Operations: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across corporate and affiliate locations, and oversee global HR operations to ensure consistency and alignment with company values and objectives.
  • Monitor and Analyze HR Metrics: Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning, and collaborate with local HR teams to harmonize policies and practices.
Requirements
  • 8-10 Years of Experience: At least 8-10 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role with broad knowledge and experience in international environments, preferably in the pharma industry.
  • International Experience: Experience in managing teams in an international environment and excellent command of English (writing, speaking, listening).
  • HR Suite Experience: Considerable experience working with a HR suite of programs, preferably SAP.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to partner with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business settings, and capability to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Commitment to continuous improvement and further development of skills, and ability to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and represent the company professionally.
