- Employee Engagement and Experience: Create and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a motivated and committed workforce, and design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Compensation and Benefits: Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR operations.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Leader or similar role in a fast-growing company.
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, talent development, employee engagement, and people operations.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of HR professionals.
