About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior HR Leader to join our team as Head of People and Culture. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our organization and drive business growth through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement a Comprehensive People Strategy: Design and execute a people strategy that aligns with our business objectives and growth plans.
  • Provide Strategic Guidance: Offer expert advice to our executive team on all HR-related matters, ensuring that our people practices support our business goals.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent, and develop talent management programs to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees.
  • Employee Engagement and Experience: Create and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a motivated and committed workforce, and design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR operations.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Leader or similar role in a fast-growing company.
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, talent development, employee engagement, and people operations.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team of HR professionals.
  • Passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
