This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our company while living in one of Europe's most vibrant cities. As Head of People and Culture, you will be responsible for leading our People and Culture team, shaping HR strategies, and driving talent acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the captain of culture, setting the vision and ensuring everyone is aligned and motivated to hit company goals.
  • Lead the People and Culture team, shaping HR strategies that make work fun, productive, and inclusive.
  • Drive talent acquisition efforts to attract and hire the best in the business.
  • Boost employee engagement and create initiatives that make people love where they work.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations in the Barcelona office, keeping things running smoothly, from budgets to benefits.
  • Bridge the gap between the exec team's strategy and the company's day-to-day hustle.
  • Be the ultimate cheerleader, building a supportive and energetic work environment.
  • Represent our company as a brand ambassador, spreading good vibes and great culture.
