Job Title: Head of People Business AreasWe are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our People Business Areas, driving growth and success on a global scale. As Head of People Business Areas, you will align HR strategies with business objectives, cultivating a high-performance culture and attracting top talent.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement global HR strategies and initiatives to support business growth and success.
- Lead and manage People functions in business areas, providing strategic direction and coaching to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership and business area heads to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning efforts across business areas.
- Ensure effective implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to foster an inclusive workplace.
- Oversee global HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations across corporate and affiliate locations.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role with broad knowledge and experience in international environments.
- Experience in managing teams in an international environment.
- Excellent command of English (writing, speaking, listening).
- Considerable experience working with a HR suite of programs (SAP preferred).
- Ability to partner with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business settings.
- Capability to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and further development of skills.
- Ability to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and represent the company professionally.
